The London Power Tunnels project involves creating a number of tunnels beneath the streets of London as part of the strategic development of London’s power supply. The tunnels have been created to locate high voltage electricity supply cables. PsychaLogica consultants spent time underground observing the TBM operation, talking to operatives and managers, and reviewing some of the risk management processes. The activity concluded with a report which included a detailed task analysis of the various job roles / activities and the highlighting of key behavioural risks.
