PsychaLogica began working with Siemens in the UK in 2010. This work is continuing and has extended to other countries. The assignments vary but the focus is on supporting the Siemens corporate worldwide Zero Harm Strategy. Much of the work has been focused on safety leadership development. The original 2010 programme was rolled out to over 600 Siemens employees in the UK. In 2014 the programme was redesigned with updated material, a stronger emphasis on reviewing / challenging the existing leadership mental model, and to reflect the International Oil and Gas producers (OGP) Report 452 (Safety Culture and Safety Leadership). With this redesign a stronger focus on post-workshop follow-through was added so as to enhance the sustainability of the intervention. The work with Siemens is continuing.
