In 2010, we commissioned Charles Shoesmith and his team to undertake a culture survey and deliver an intensive programme of behavioural safety leadership training across our major UK and European sites.
The professional approach of Charles and his team and the inspirational nature of the training has been an influential factor in the positive shift we have experienced in our safety culture.
