‘Sun Chemical selected PsychaLogica to assist the company in developing an approach to behavioural safety to meet the specific needs of our business, initially in UK and subsequently across all of our European operations.
Our first requirement was to conduct an assessment of our operation so as to identify the key issues for us to focus on. PsychaLogica carried out the assessment and then worked with us to develop the action plan going forward. This included a wide range of interventions – from relatively quick wins to the development of a Sun Chemical BBS programme.
We have continued to implement this in-house using a train-the-trainer approach – PsychaLogica being instrumental in helping us to design the material and train the trainers. The support provided by PsychaLogica has certainly helped Sun Chemical in making a difference to our approach to safety. The skills they bringing are of a high quality and their approach is insightful but practical at the same time. We believe we have significantly benefited from their support.’
