I have worked very closely with PsychaLogica over the last eighteen months, initially on a Cultural Safety Assessment/Audit of our site then, later, running a one-day Understanding Behavioural Safety package for our Senior Managers, then Middle Managers.
To follow they then delivered a two-day Behaviour Modification package to some of our Technician Teams whilst, at the same time coaching a small team of presenters to deliver the same package to the rest of our 260 staff. All of this has gone extremely well.
