Philip brings over fifteen years specific experience as a Health and Safety professional in a large multinational organisation to his consultant role. He fully appreciates what the combined challenge of ensuring both safe and profitable operation means to major business. Consequently, he is able to provide a wide range of professional Health and Safety services to assist such businesses to meet those challenges. As a firm believer in the time-honoured maxim that ‘an organisation’s greatest asset is its workforce’ Philip is a diligent developer of the imperative that people at all levels in an organisation recognise and accept their health and safety responsibilities and act accordingly. His role, whether conducting an audit, investigating an incident, delivering a training session or simply providing advice, is to help ensure that people are aware of key, perhaps underlying issues; that they understand and appreciate the corrective action required and are clear how to implement it both efficiently and effectively.
