Design and delivery of an extensive multi-site behavioural safety programme

PsychaLogica was previously engaged with Cleanaway (from 2005) before the business was sold to Veolia. Subsequently, the work we had begun with Cleanaway continued into Veolia and consisted of a variety of activities in 3 different businesses (Industrial Services, Commercial Services, Hazardous Waste) all with a focus on “behavioural safety” which continued on until 2010. Behavioural safety workshops were designed and delivered to a wide variety of personnel. The work included a special focus on front line employees engaged in a wide variety of oil and gas locations in the UK. One activity involved a local assessment of a contract under some pressure from the client. The task here was to understand a cluster of incidents and advise accordingly.
